[Loch-soilleir] testing the list

It appears we might be having an issue with the list.  I am sending this out as a test.  I forced a digest push this morning but have yet to see it come across.  If you received the digest please send me a private email to confirm.  I have the server Administrator looking into the server side of things as well.
