[Loch-soilleir] Seawinds Bard

At Seawinds Defender, Loch Soilleir had 3 of the 4 competitors in the bardic
championship.  Lord Madog of Glastonbury, Lady Gwen Makewin, and Don Tristan
von Heidelberg and Lord Kurosh al-Din of Seawinds all performed well.  The
victor, decided by popular vote, and new Seawinds was our very own Lady
Gwen!  Congrats to Lady Gwen and thanks to all who competed.
