Since Yule is completed, we must look toward our next event, which is in 3
weeks.  We have many things alreasy in place and being taken care of, but
there are some ositions we still need filled.

Gate Coordinator: The gate coordinator must have had the gate class and is
responsible for setting up gate, filling gate shifts, and closing the gate.
Someone to haul the trailer.  The trailor is in the shed and has the tables,
can hold the hydration coordinator's equipment, and has the lyst (holes,
poles & ropes).  This person must be able to get the site on Friday,
preferrably while there is still daylight.
We will also need people to help set up the list field on Friday night and
to take it down Saturday afternnon.
I will be getting in touch with the Royals to find out what Their plans are.
