[Loch-soilleir] Fighter practice

The park your excellency is referring to is a county park- Walter Hall- it  
closes at dusk.  This might be suitable during the summer when it stays  open 
until 9:30- 10:00 -but the park I looked into is the one by the railroad  
tracks on 518

I believe that this  park was chosen so that we can continue to include the
folks from  Stargate.  The fighters from Loch have been coming up to Stargate
for  a number of years, I think it is time for Stargate fighters to come down
to  the Loch.  Much further south and it will too far to come for a  weeknight
practice.
