[Loch-soilleir] June Populace

Hedwig,

Unfortunately, I am out of town and will not be at the Populace Meeting.

However, it is of upmost importance that we get a event steward for Lochtober Fest at this meeting.  We are running out of time if we want to hold this event.  We have 3 championships to hold there.  We are at the 4 month mark and hve to get the paperwork, advertisement,and site reservations in.  If we go much less than the 4 month mark, we may not be able to hold the event.
