[Loch-soilleir] Loch shows well at Bordermarch

And Our Good Herald failed to mention that he was the other third of the thre way final for the Rapier Championship of Bordermarch.  

This puts the count as 2/3 of the rapier finals and the Chivalric Champion all being from the Loch.
