And a reminder - we'll be bringing samples from the Lochtoberfest feast:

Pickled eggs (several flavors)
Beets
Sausage (a few types)
Maybe some sauerkraut
Mustards (several styles)
Garlic potatoes
German potato salad (a couple of varieties)
Spaetzle (prepared several ways)
Schnitzel (a couple preparations)
Maybe some gravies

A note: these will be sample sized portions, with the requirement that you provide feedback...  (There *will* be a test!)
