[Loch-soilleir] Some Gulf War Info

The on-line registration deadline is Feb 18th.  The land allotment is 15x15
or 225 square feet per person.  This is an absolute total per person in each
camp.  Walkways and common areas will need to be allotted from the total
space allotted for a group.
