[Loch-soilleir] Banner Prep - Saturday 7-24

As discussed tonight at populace, this coming Saturday (July 24) at 1pm we
will be meeting at my house to prep a Loch heraldic banner. This will just
be to cut the banner and trace out the design. The banner will be painted at
our "Thank God I'm Not At Pennsic" Party on August 14.
