[Loch-soilleir] Rapier Champion of Champions list at Warlord

On Saturday at Steppes Warlord, Don Robin of Gilwell, Rapier Champion of
Namron, and Don Ingve of York, Steppes Champion, did host a rapier
tournament that pitted the rapier champions of the various branches against
one another to determine the Champion of Champions.  The winner of the
tournament was the Loch's own Rapier Champion Don Pieter Rausch!  Don Pieter
represented both the Barony of Loch Soilleir and the Barony Raven's Fort
well as he claimed victory.
