[Loch-soilleir] Gulf War Ansteorra's Wednesday Chilli Night

The bid request is asking for a crew of 15-20.  I know I'm oversubscribed, as is Ebe, and even our Baron has overriding duties.  I'm not sure the Loch alone can make such a party (chili or otherwise) happen at Gulf Wars this year.

Tradition is that on Wednesday Night at Gulf War, Ansteorra has had Chili Night for the Known World.
 
The time has come to submit bids to host this party.  However, Their Majesties have let it be known that they are willing to look at other options for this party for this year.
 
That being said, after talking with Their Excellencies Loch, I am look to see if there is an interest from the Barony to submit a bid for the Wednesday Night Bash and if so, do we want to do the traditional chili or something else and do we want to do a theme? (A Beach Party has been suggested...)
