[Loch-soilleir] Loch Soillier's Titled Artisan's Competition

Greetings,

It has been my pleasure to serve Their Serpentine Excellencies as their
titled artisan and wish to announce the format for the competition coming
up at Lochtoberfest Nov. 3rd so that there will be time to create your most
amazing display.

Their Excellencies have requested that They be able to see your finest
display of a single entry that shows the honor of Loch Soillier or are
German to match the theme of the event.  Documentation is highly suggested
but not required.  If you have any questions please allow me to assist you.
