[Loch-soilleir] Stargate Rapier Practice - Moving days and times

Starting this week, we are moving practice to Thursday night along side the
Chiv practice. Starting around 7pm, behind Miller Outdoor Theater at Herman
park.  Hoping with the busy weekends with events and such, that a Thursday
practice will make it easier for people to make it out (including myself).

Come out!  Gear up for Queens!
