Hello Loch!

As the holidays draw near, I'm putting the Charter Painting guild on hold.
I still encourage you to paint charters at home, and I'm willing to pass
along charters to paint at BAM, Populace, and Stargate Yule. I expect I'll
start scheduling meetings again after Crown Tournament. Let me know if you
have any questions or would like a few charters to paint at home!
