Officer Reports

Exchequer (HL Maggie) - seeking deputy
-We made over $300 on the event. 79 people went through gate.

Herald (Lord Alan)
-If you have a submission, please talk to the herald.

Chronicler (HL Bia)
-Get newsletter submissions in by the 10th.
-Blackfox Awards were announced in Tournaments Illuminated. “Otilia
Explains It All” won best regular feature!

Hospitaler (Lord Marcus) - Open for apps
-3 newcomers at event.
-No response from HMNS, but Sir Alexis is working with them.

Webminister (Lord Yuuki)
-HL Elena will be taking over as Webminister
-We get to be an experiment as the Kingdom moves to Wordpress

Marshals
-Armored (Sir Oliver) - Practice on Tuesday at Centennial Park at 7.
-Rapier (Lord Diego) - Tuesdays at Centennial Park in Pearland and
Wednesdays at Walter Hall Park in League City. Both at 7. Come out & play!
-Missile (Lord Marcus) - Warrant ends at end of this month. Please apply.

MoAS (Lady Margarita)
-Scribal Guild (Baroness Katya) - Moving to 2nd Wednesday
-Armoring/Smithing Guild (Master Krag) - Stay tuned
-Fiber Arts Guild (Baroness Hennessey) - Weaving 2nd & 4th Sunday afternoons
-Westside Weavers (HL Bia) - Move to Thursdays. Watch Facebook for details.
-Brewers - Racking for BAM/War of the Rams on Friday. Contact Madog.

-Our turn to host the champions portion.
-Need steward. Contact Their Excellencies and/or the Seneschal for more

-Event bids will be due December 21. We’d like to have a site set by

*Event Calendar *-The Stronghold of Hellsgate is hosting Queen’s Champion
on November 11 in Groesbeck, Texas. Premier rapier tourney in the Kingdom.
Order of Defense Circle -Bordermarch -War of the Rams November 17-19th in
Colmesneil, Texas. Melee event with armored, rapier, combat archery, siege,
as well as lots of A&S classes. Pelican Circle -Stargate Yule on December
2. Investiture of new nobility and they will choose bardic & A&S
champions. -Tournament
of Champions in North Richland Hills, Texas on Dec. 9. White Scarf
Circle. Crown
Tournament on January 13th in Ardmore, OK. Heirs selected. Chivalry
Circle. -Round
Table in Denton, Texas on January 20. Kingdom business meeting. No garb.
