[Loch-soilleir] Budget time!

[Exchequer of Loch Soilleir]

Budget time is upon us! If you would like to make a suggestion to the
financial committee please send it to me by the 15th. We will be meeting
some time after that. Items can be budgeted subject to further approval, so
you don't need a detailed plan now. You should have an educated guess on
the cost and implementation.
