Lace Guild and A&S Gathering: May 12, 2018



Time: 10:30-2:00

Place: Fairmont Library - 4330 Fairmont Parkway, Pasadena, Texas

Come join us for an afternoon of fun and fellowship.



I will bring beginning supplies as well as patterns for the rose and the
three loop lace that we have been discussing on the Ansteorran Lace Makers
page.



If you want to work on a rose you need 9 pairs (2 pairs in green and the
other in whatever color you like for the flower.) It calls for size 80
cotton.

If you want to work on a period pattern you need 6 pair of bobbins. Linen
size - 60/2 or 30/2 or really anything close.

If you have a portable Ott Light it would be useful.



Lee Lemons will have charters to paint and all arts are welcome.



Food and drinks are welcome in the library and after the library time is
done we go to Don Pepe's a few blocks away to continue with a nice meal.  All
are welcome to join.
