[Namron] Reasoning behind short fighting times for Med Faire

There has been some concern expressed about the short fighting times. We
made this time frame adjustment for several reasons:

1) Elfsea is having Spring Fair with a Baronial Investiture on the same
weekend as Med Faire and we are going to be losing many of the people we
would normally have fought/participated ... so to keep our fighters fit for
all three days we are running shorter rounds. (Most of the guys aren't just
fighting, they are my set-up and tear-down crew everyday, security at night
and beasts-of-burden at my beck-and-call during the day!) =0)

2) With the shorter rounds we hope you guys aren't pooped because the
expectation is you will then work the crowd while still in armor -- like when
we stand around before and after fighter practice and gab while still armored
up.

3) If the female fighting doesn't "make" then I am flip-flopping that time
back into the heavy and light fighting so you will be fighting for 1.5 hours
intervals.

If the fighting is going incrediably well, we will not call "time" at exactly
45 minutes ... we will look for the natural break -- but won't let it run
over too much, don't want to short change anyone else!

The schedule was hopefully to get the women fighters to come up and the
dancers to sign-up. I know the fighters will show up!!

Please send me anymore suggestions and understand that the schedule is
flexible -- but I will need something going on at the field and on the side
lines all the time!

Bianca
