Hello all,

I realize that the first of the month populace meeting isn't until next Wednesday, but we're going to be on our way to Pennsic War then, so I will be unable to attend.  I'm wanting to finish working on the Plume prior to this Wednesday (July 31st), so if you have any submissions, please send them to me before Wednesday evening.
