[Namron] Do we have a "Titled" Brewer?

The answer is...

neither.

The brewing competitions held each year at Namron Protectorate and
Beltane are private competitions sponsored by me. Anyone of legal
drinking age is welcome to enter, and to judge.

The Baronial Drinking Competition is held each year during the Bardic
Competition.
