No I do not think that is what Pooky is saying. But in the Barony jut North of us  (Wiesenfeuer)   the Baronial office is going to change. I think he is just giving his option on the thoughts that should go in to the discussions that the populuse in Wiesenfeuer are having to make now. He did ask that it be foward to the list that his is not on. (done)
