[Namron] FW: After-prom party

I just checked with Sami on the Maysville demo Friday to see if they
wanted us to try to get there early, and this is her reply.
 
If anyone needs a copy of the map, I believe Maleah and Ulf have some,
or I can make copies here at work.

The Prom doesn't end till Midnight and we won't be allowed in till then,
but we can all congregate in the area outside the building in
preparation to "INVADE THE CASTLE!"  Actually, it would be cute if we
staged Namron's entrance as if it WERE and invasion...hee hee hee....
 
I'll bring the garb you lent me so I can return it, but also in case
some of the kids want to dress and get their picture taken.  We're going
to bring a Polaroid camera in case the kids want their own picture in
garb or if they want their picture taken with anyone from Namron.  I
have GOT to remember to buy film this week....I'll be soooo happy when
this is over...LOL.  It's going to be a blast, but it's a LOT of work
hanging gossamer in that gym.
 
I figure we'll set up the fighters in one large corner of the gym and
we'll work around that area.  We'll have to collapse some tables but the
kids will help with that.  There will be three smaller inflatable games
and we'll put those along the "non castle" wall and we'll have our stuff
on the prettier half of the building.  I'm trying to organize moms to
pick up the pizzas, hoagies, muffins and donuts from Norman and we've
got a huge farm trough we're filling with ice and canned pops and then I
think one of your brewers is bringing home-made pop (can't remember his
name to save my life this morning!).
 
I'm all nervous, tired, and excited.  I think we're going to have a
great time!

Sami,
What time would you like us to start showing up Friday?  I know the
party starts at midnight, but do you want some of us to try to get there
earlier to help with setup?  I know of several of the fighters who are
planning on coming, so we will need an area set up for them.  Will we
need to bring anything to mark off an area for the fighting?
 
This sounds like fun, and I'm looking forward to being there.
