Every year for my birthday my grandmother would bake a cherry cheesecake just for ME!  I lost her 6 years ago and haven't had cheesecake since.  I miss the cheesecake, but I miss her so much more.....

As my birthday is the 16th of this month, cheesecake sounds LOVELY ( but please hold the tomatos....chocolate or strawberries or fruit sound so much better....)
