Brigetta age 6 does fine with the boys (young and old) running around the barony. Having a father who is a heavy fighter and access to his gear makes raising her challenge esp at school. She broke up a fight between kindergarteners at age 3. Don't think she'll ever have problems defending herself. Agnes

Now Mathias... are you saying you don't trust your fellow barony members?? Barat test shouldn't be to bad.. you know the theory of relitivity,how to use a carboy properly, and the proper amout of water to put into a water lock. Can she tell the difference between an amber and a stout? (And of course there has to be the written part of the test, at the examiners discression of course) As for pookie well you can discuss his testing abilities. Why I have even heard he auditioned all of the girls used in the castle anthrax for quest for the holy grail! ( did someone say spankings?)

I got it from a book of names,! ! ! ! ! back when I first started playing -
didn't try to register it for a couple of years and when I did they told
me it wasn't period for the SCA - it comes from the names for Mary
Magdalene - and is usually prefaced by Maria de, as in Maria de Dolores
(our Mary of Sorrows), Maria de Mercedes (our Mary of Mercies). It's a
