[Namron] downtown shawnee xmas parade

With the permission of Halldor, i have secured a place for Skarrgard in the Downtown Shawnee Christmas Parade on December 2nd.  I will be paying the $10 entry fee to the Downtown Shawnee Association tomorrow and we will be official... 
here are all the details:
 
-the theme of the parade in general is :"A Roaring 20's Christmas"- maybe we could do 1520? lol...but downtown wants us in it regardless of theme :)
-the date is December 2 at 6:30 PM
-Line up for the parade begins at 5:30 PM, vehicles MUST be in place by this time- walkers and riders in place by 6:00 pm, we will be getting a letter with the line-up location and number...
  *line-up is near my parents' shop, so they will be letting us use the back of their shop for changing purposes and will put out some hot chocolate and/or coffee if people are interested*
 
-the deadline for everything is November 19th, so if someone (like halldor....hint, hint) could send me a narrative for the announcer to use when we go by....
-we are listed in the non-profit organization category for judging. there are cash prizes and trophies, for 1st, 2nd, best of show, and best use of lights :) these awards will be presented at the municipal auditorium following the parade (about 30 min after) if we win someone from our group has to be there (we can still win even if not consistent with them b/c all our stuff is original)anyway... to continue....
 
-total height of our float/wagon/whatever we use must not exceed 14 ft
 
-sad part--- we can have absolutely NO santa, not even a medieval father xmas, as there will be one at the very end of the parade for the kids
 
-no distributing of anything, candy etc
 
any questions or if you wanna participate please contact me!!!! they would like a number of walkers/riders and i gave an estimate of 15-20, but if there will be more  i need to let them know!!!!
