[Namron] Beltane Games

I have a quick couple questions.

If I am not staying in a cabin, will a normal 3 person tent be ok? 
Will there be places for tent camping?
I saw on the Namron site who I should pay, but what is the deadline
for payment?  Can I pay at the next populace?
I will have to drive down Sat May 7th after our soccer game, will I
miss much of the games or will there still be plenty to do Sat
afternoon and Sun?

This is all probably common sense to everyone else but I'm a little
nervous since it will be our first weekend type event.
