Interesting. I wondered if the legendary nature of the name would be an 
issue. I know a guy named Myrddin, which was Merlin's original name, 
not sure if he had that issue with the College.
Overall, despite this amusing look into possibilities for monikers, let 
me suggest that you start by looking into all the feminine irish names 
that have passed. That is the safest bet. You are familiar with St 
Gabriels as a resource. Google Modar's Heraldry site and check out his 
links for irish names.
Another thing is to find Tadgh in Namron. He has the heralds-approved 
book of irish names, which covers meanings, gender, history, usage, 
etc. I forget the authors name, Tadgh will know which one it is.
Remember, like I said before, by the mid 13th century (1400's) 
Christian names were becoming common in Ireland, or at least the Irish 
versions of them.
Lemme see if I can track down the exact name and author of that book.
