Isobel,

Please do not be discouraged or disheartened. I
believe you have every good intention in creation of
this Guild and I for one would be interested, perhaps,
in participating as I have been diagnosed with
Degenerative Disk Disease and have spent the last
three years trying to learn how best to deal with
physical pain.

I'm sure those who are concerned about titles and all
do not mean to shoot your good works down. As is
necessary, all large groups require some form of order
to keep chaos at bay. These fine fellows, I'm sure,
are not trying to correct out of any feeling of
unkindness, but seek to be sure that no one else could
find fault with your works and hamper it due to a
technicality. In other words, they are merely trying
to help. Don't let any of this get you down. We can
call you MOTHER, or something similar, as it appears
that this guild is one of a nurturing variety. ;o)

Bureacracy and Order are a necessary evil, I'm afraid,
and we can't let it get us down or turn us from the
important work at hand. As Shakespear once said, A
rose, by any other name, should smell as sweet. That
aspect of the guild should be the least of your
worries. Mum, Angel, Governess, all good titles to be
sure!

Keep your chin up...no worries...we are all in this
together!

Your friend,
Samarrah
