[Namron] Needing advice on what Paint to use for outdoorbanner....

You can use some type of acrylic paint, but I would suggest thinning it down 
almost to a stain -- the cracking and peeling comes when you have too thick 
a layer of paint on a flexible surface.  Another suggestion would be to use 
fabric medium, which you can get at Hobby Lobby to mix in with craft paints. 
  It makes them adhere to the fabric better.  It comes in fairly small 
bottles, though, so it may not go very far if you are doing a big area.  And 
there are fabric or textile paints -- you should also be able to find them 
at Hobby Lobby.  Whatever you do, try it out on a scrap of your fabric first 
to see what works the best for you.  Good luck!
