hours for people to talk to him, and holding them at/during fighter
practice.

	I think it would be a glorious day when we could get a majority
of Namrons population in a single place to practice their "crafts" of
whatever sort.  But that doesnt seem to happen currently for whatever
reason.

The problem I've always heard is that it's a Catch 22.  No one wants to
come out to fighter practice (speaking about non fighters) because
there's nothing for them to do.  And there's never anything going on,
because no one ever shows up.  The only way I see to break the cycle is
to have other planned activities going on at the same time and place.
Children's boffer, bardic, an occasional picnic, something to give
people a reason to come out again.

That's my rambling thoughts on the subject.
