i think i may not have swirled my yeast starter bottle enough its looking much better now and burping fairly fast

    ok someone set my mind at ease, my airlock is burping so i figure my yeast is doing well, should it look like there is chunks of well how do i say it (snot ) in the mixture? is that the yeast culture at work?
