Yes, they are like what scouts wear.  I have friends who made them for Weisenfeuer.  I have offered to help make them for Namron.  Maybe you and I together can work on them, I was told there isa "rule" that they need tio be black with "gold" trim.  Weisenfeuer made their out of trigger cloth.  Iti s a bit expensive, but it wears well.  I have asked i f there is a budget for such items or if it is something that needs to be donated.  I don't mind providsing thwe materials and working on them once I know what all the details are.
