[Namron] Regional Fighter Practice Pot Luck

Greeting to the Populace,

As coodinator for the Regional Fighter Practice pot-luck I am requesting assistance.
It was decided a Populace meeting that the barony would provide the general water bearer
fare such as Gatorade, pickles and oranges.  We still have several gallons of stew frozen in
Barat's freezer that I will bring.  I'm requesting that several people volunteer to bring some
other kinds of chilled fruit (such as melons) which are already cut up and, preferably, near 
frozen as I'm sure the temperature will be very hot.  I also need people to bring ice and some
loaner ice chests.  If you have a grill that you don't mind bringing and allowing other people to
grill their food on it, please let me know.  I also need donations of paper/foam plates, bowls, cups
and eating utensils.  
     Another question is, are we going to have access to running water or do I need donations
of that too?

There's probably more later but this is what I know we'll need for now.
