I suspect that most people think this has gone long past far enough. 

If I have problems with an officer, I

o	Will go through the formal dispute resolution process[1]. Your 
	Friendly Baronial Seneschal can get a copy to anyone who needs 
	it, or can point you to a place to find it. 
o	Won't drag it out forever on in public. It's not everyone's 
	problem with the officer; it's _my_ problem with the officer. At
	most, I may ask selected people, _privately_, if they've had any
	problems with the officer. 
o	Won't make random public personal attacks on the officer.
o	Will try to get the problem _solved_. 
o	Will expect the folks I'm working with to try to get the problem 
	solved, too; that's part of the dispute resolution process.

That's my commitment. Who's willing to join me?

[1]	This may wind up with me talking, _privately_, with the officer's 
	superior and/or the Baron and Baroness. It won't wind up with me 
	talking publicly with them unless I and they agree it needs to go
	public.
