Kill any debate on the SCA being a private club.

Bubba get a grip. I am not a victim but the law is the law.
Chass, what law?  The ADA?  Section 307.  We're a private club, and
exempt from the ADA.

Is there case law that backs this statement up?  Please cite it. 

Please note that I'm not talking about what is right or ethical.  I'm
talking about the law.
