[Namron] Clarification of Independance Events

Guys, I think ANYTHING ya'll can make happen would be WONDERFUL.

  Even if all you are able to get together is a "workshop" for equestrian that's cool too, and we could just have a drawing for participants instead of a contest.  You guys find out WHAT you can do and WHO would like to help and if something can be done we'll "git er dun!"
