Good Morning,

  After analyzing the pollings and feedback from the different groups
  and individuals, I have consulted with Their Majesties and this is
  their desire. The regional boundary changes are as follows:

Northern Region
  An Loch
  Adlersruhe
  Bonwicke

Southern Region
  Crossroads Keep
  Mendersham
  Blacklake
  Trelac

  This information will be communicated and reflected in the next Blackstar.

  I encourage the local officers to touch base with your new regional
  officer right away in order to make the transition as smooth as
  possible. Regionals if you don't hear from them "real soon now",
  please check with your up-line to get contact information for these
  groups to help them with the transition.

  The final dispensation of the groups recommended for dissolution will
  not be known until the April Board meeting.
