[Namron] Barony of Namron's Populace Meetings

[Jacqueline Reynolds]

We really like for our Populace to be in garb, but we also know that  
it is not always possible.  So, I guess what I'm saying is if you can  
be in garb, then please do wear it.  If not, then we will definitely  
understand.
