[Namron] New Pavilion

If we do an "open shop day" sometime in mid March, we can get those done as
well as sand and paint/stain the new poles for the Dagged Pavilion as well
as reeve the rope sets for them.  It seems like this time of the year I
spend more time in Home Depot, Lowes and Ace Hardware, but I don't mind :)

If we do use Tung Oil for the Panther, we can get that at Woodcraft up on
north Britton.
