I believe the room layout has a lot to do with getting folks into a "meeting
mood" versus a "visit and chat mood" and we just need to, with the okay from
the restaurant staff, arrange the tables into rows or columns facing the
head table much like we did at Denny's.  That way we can eat while being
focused on the meeting.  And I'm sure having the separated room next time
will help greatly as well.
