[Namron] Lock on the Privy

Solution:  Bolt cutters and spare locks.

OR you get a lock with multiple keys.  Put a little board up with several
nails, one for each key, with a little white board over it.  When someone
takes a key, their name gets written on the white board above it along
with the time.  That way, when someone fails to return their key, you have
spares that can be used AND you have the ability to shame the miscreant -
maybe "bung" the privy lock flange on them the next time they use it.  XD
