[Namron] March 2011 Officer Meeting Notes

I did not mean to shorten the Pop meeting, but to have things
addressed during the meeting and then move on to activities and or
classes. Some of the officers are saying that they do not like the
repetition of saying the exact same report from the officers meeting.
The Populace is encouraged to come to officer meeting but to hold any
discussion until the end of the meeting so we can get the reports done
first.
