AEla - You did good on my comments.

Both of your comments are good thoughts and I agree that making a change 
without reviewing it completely is a bad idea.

I myself don't want to have any more meetings than are really needed. 
But you must have a certain number of them or things will fall through 
the cracks and you have a small group doing what they think is best 
without the group getting to even offer comments or suggestions.

I know that Margherita was going to check with Kingdom to see what 
exactly were the requirements. Baronessa Caterina said that she and 
Baron Orlando were also going to meet with the Order of the Heart of the 
Sable Storm to get their input. Then Margherita and the B&B were going 
to discuss it and then report back.

No real changes had been made at this point in time.
