[Namron] March 2011 Officer Meeting Notes

I have to agree with Matthias.

Not giving officers reports at the populace meetings will only serve to disengage the officers from the populace. Open communications are essential to a healthy group...and passing up an opportunity to inform the entire Barony is not a good idea in my opinion.

I realize that some of the officers may feel like a broken record sometimes but don't underestimate the importance of reminding folks of the regular activities in the group. Remember, this may be some populace member's first meeting...or first meeting in a long time. A quick reminder helps put a face to an activity...it personalizes the activity.

Regards,
