[Namron] February Namron Officers Meeting Notes 2/21/11

Here are the notes from the officers meeting that was held tonight :-)

Seneschal: working on gearing up for Gulf Wars and Beltane. We have a 
Gulf Wars planning meeting this Wednesday (2/23/11) at 7:00pm at the 
Sellers Center. We have a Med Faire planning meeting on Thursday 
(2/24/11) at 7pm at Lady Droen's house and Beltane planning meeting 
Monday (2/28/11) at 7pm at the Hidden Castle in Norman.  On any 
scheduled activity, before canceling for any reason (weather, sickness, 
etc) please contact either their Excellencies or myself and let someone 
know before making the post on the list. This has been a short month, so 
just to remind everyone we will be having Populace meeting next Tuesday 
March 1st at 7:30pm at the UU Church in Norman.

*Archery Marshal: *practices on Sunday 2pm at Lord Kristin's house.  
Will be having 2 trebuchet's at Gulf Wars, making ammo for them, we have 
about 200 rounds made so far.  We just got 14 Namron members authorized 
for siege, with 7 of those being women.

*A & S: *not present

*Hospitaler: *working on Med Faire, getting new people interested. Need 
more people to act as tour guides, so that I am not the only one 
directing people. Would like to have people like archery marshal, heavy 
marshal, rapier marshal, A & S, etc. to help me with people who are 
interested in their field. Will be having the planning meeting this 
Thursday at 7pm at Lady Droen's house. I would like for if anyone has 
any websites, that they would like to have on the information card, 
please let me know.

*Knight Marshal: *nothing new to report. Still having practices 
Wednesday 7pm at the Sellars Center.

*Rapier Marshal:*weather has been giving us problems with having the 
practices, and the newbies are kinda leap frogging, with a newbie will 
be here at one practice but not the next. But still having practices 
Tuesday nights at 7pm at the Sellars center. Also we will be working 
more on swiss 5 tactics.

*Chronicler: *not present

*Webminister: *working on getting the website up to date. I am needing 
the boiler plates on the officers that are currently blank on the 
website (Herald, Hospitaler, Treasurer, MOC, Chivalric, Rapier, Brewers 
Guild). Will continue to work on improving the website.

*Treasurer: *not present

*Herald: *not much to report. Still working on the officer and getting 
my deputies in place.

*MOC: *not present

*B & B: *website needs to have the past champions list updated and put 
on the website. Overall everything is going well for Namron right now. 
Event season is just about to begin, we will need to work on inventory 
and spring cleaning. We have gotten in all the new tents, we just need 
to finish up on the poles. The trebuchet's are looking good.  We need 
you all to be thinking about and putting people in for award 
recommendations.  Be thinking about new ideas for recruitment of new 
members, maybe have bowling in garb or demo's before a movie at the 
Warren Theater.
