Just wanted to make sure that everyone got the message on early 
reporting requirements this quarter.

Reminder ALL Thrown Weapons and ALL Target Archery Marshals MUST report 
every quarter. This is not just those that are in office but for 
everyone that is an authorized marshal.

Actually we're going to need these in time for me to compile and get them to
SCA by the 1st of March.  So if regionals and deputies could have reports in
to me by, say, Thursday of this week (Feb 24th), I'd appreciate it.
