[Namron] Gulf Wars Plans

I can see where it could be abused. Fortunately this case is that it is 
only being done because of the size of the tent and Miles is trying to 
be fair to the rest of the camp by not taking up more room than he is 
allowed. I appreciate his effort to be fair to everyone else in camp.
