[Namron] Fundraiser at populace meeting

Michael while this sounds like a good idea but I don't believe we can 
sell anything at the fair.  I am afraid that since group is is paid as 
entertainers and we do not pay the fair for merchant space us selling 
anything would not be allowed.   I will check with the fair staff, but I 
am pretty sure.
