[Namron] Fundraiser at populace meeting

No way to do it as must be here at time of drawing to win. There will be 
more than 300,000 people that come to the fair and since it is a free 
fair people come out for a few hours and leave. they are not going to 
come back for a drawing so they would not buy tickets. they would need 
to put their info on it so that we could contact them.

Bucello - best approach - we would not be selling anything. this would 
be a raffle.

I have thought of doing something where we have people in armor in a 
large tent or area (we have to have it so that bolts do not go flying 
off in to the crowd). armored fighters at one end. public at the other 
end. $1 to shoot one combat archery bolt at the fighters, $3 to shoot 4, 
$5 to shoot 10
