Greetings,

Here are the monthly officers meeting notes for September 2012, if there 
are any corrections that need to be made please include me in the reply 
so I can correct for my records.

> *Seneschal: *Rapier marshal is open for application, Archery marshal

> myself, the Seneschal. We are gearing up for Coronation this weekend, 
> then the next big event will be Protectorate which is the 2^nd weekend 
> of October. Will be having a bake sale this weekend at Coronation the 
> proceeds going to help the Tower Improvement Project.Bids for Beltane 
> are closed as of this meeting. We did receive a bid from Sybilla and 
> Loemax. They will be the autocrats for the Beltane event. There will
